Kelsey Simpson
Senior Consultant
I bring a mix of facilitation, research, and systems-thinking experience to my work at TPMA. Focused on strengthening postsecondary access and talent pipeline development, I use the expertise I’ve built in workforce strategy, career-connected learning, and program design to support students, job seekers, employers, and communities.
In my recent roles, I have led stakeholder engagement, program analyses, and implementation planning across Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. I draw on my background as a career coach and my participation in the Skillful Governor’s Coaching Corps to apply practical, student-centered insights to projects that improve navigation, equity, and long-term pathway success.
“When we design talent systems around the whole learner, we create opportunities that last well beyond a single program.”
